Well America is not as free as everyone thinks it is. Other countries shine in any catagory you can come up with and are still mainly peaceful which means they dont have nutcases trying to hurt people so much.
In Jersey acouple days ago the supreme court of the state upheld a discision that if your local civic association thinks they dont want all of them to fly a flag or anything else, you cant do it anymore. That would be... lets see... oh right your 1st amendment right. Nothing major ya know? So the people who bother to go to these meetings can actually void your constitutional rights!
